Chandigarh: The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) has started the second phase of counselling for admissions in local colleges for both centralised and non-centralised courses. Experts claimed that there was no major fluctuation in the previous cut-offs of both government and private colleges. “The cut-offs for most sought after courses, including BCom, BBA, BCA and BA, have remained same in the first phase. Those students, who have scored low marks and are waiting for their turn may get a breakthrough in the third counselling, which is expected soon,” said a DHE official. TNS
