AFT chairperson launches Chandigarh Bench’s website

Chandigarh, March 1

The official website of Chandigarh Bench of the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) was launched by AFT chairperson Justice Rajendra Menon here today.

The website of will be the repository of all data such as cause lists, orders and judgments related to cases instituted, pending and disposed-off by the Chandigarh Bench, besides other administrative information.

Since its inception, the Chandigarh Bench has admitted approximately 89,000 cases, out of which over 78,000 cases have already been resolved.

Judicial member and head of department, Chandigarh Bench, Justice Shekher Dhawan, Judicial Member Justice Sudhir Mittal and Administrative Members Lt Gen Ranbir Singh and Air Marshal Manvendra Singh and members of the Bar were also present on the occasion.
