Ramandeep Singh claimed the below 65 kg category, whereas in the below 70 kg category, Kamal claimed the top position. In the below 75kg category, Sagar won the top spot.

Jatinder Dhiman won the below 80kg final. In the above 80kg, Varinder Singh claimed the top position. In the Open Classic Mr Mohali event (below 80kg), Sagar won the first position.

Meanwhile, Sagar claimed the first in the 7th Mr Kurali (open weight) event.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
