Mohali: A total of 103 confirmed dengue cases were reported from Mohali district on Wednesday. The Health Department collected 155 samples for ELISA test. With this, the number of dengue patients in the district has reached 608. Health officials have collected a total of 1,668 samples in the past more than a month. The month of September saw a sudden spurt in dengue cases in the district. The officials said Mohali (Urban), Phase 7, Phase 3B1, Balongi, Dera Bassi city and Saidpura were high-risk areas. As many as six suspected dengue deaths have been reported from the district so far. — TNS
