The two-day 36th Spring Fest would be held on March 2-3 at Town Park in Sector 5 at Panchkula. Addressing mediapersons, Superintending Engineer (Horticulture Circle), Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Ashok Rana said the festival would be inaugurated by Haryana Chief Secretary, Sanjeev Kaushal.
