Anchal Mishra claimed silver in the women’s sub junior (69kg) category during the National Sub Junior and Junior Power Lifting Championship at Ring Hall, Patiala. Harshita Kashvp and Chahatpreet Kaur won bronze in the 47kg and 57kg categories, respectively.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
