The staff that came in contact with the judge over the last few days has been asked to go for self-quarantine.

In a separate order, the District and Sessions Judge has asked Bashamboo not to attend office.

The case has come at a time when Registrar-General of the High Court has sought suggestions from the District and Sessions Judges on limited physical hearing in district and subordinate courts.

The high court as well as subordinate courts in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh are working in a restricted manner.
