Bansal has written to UT Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria highlighting that a large number of employees have been working for years on a contract basis across different wings of the Administration. The situation is especially severe in CTU, where several drivers and conductors have served for 10-15 years or more. He said many employees had been issued notices directing them to stop reporting for duty.
