An exhibition showcasing remarkable works of eminent contemporary painters from Japan was today inaugurated by UT Adviser Rajeev Verma at Government Museum and Art Gallery in Sector 10 here.

Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi, in collaboration with Kasagi Art Gallery Japan, was organising the exhibition titled “Beyond Japan”. The exhibition celebrates the interconnectedness of humanity, echoing the ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam - seeing the world as a family.
