Chandigarh: Bharat Bhushan (Lali) was elected general secretary of the Pencak Silat Association of Chandigarh at its first annual general body meeting on Sunday. The meeting was presided over by Mohammed Iqbal, director-general, Indian Pencak Silat Federation, and Parvinder Kumar, president of North India Pencak Silat Association.
