A biker was killed and the pillion rider severely injured after being hit by a speeding car near Bhari village. The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Rian of Kotla deceased has been identified as Mohammad Rian of Kotla Bhari village and the injured as Manveer Singh. ASI Bikramjit Singh of Khedi Naudh Singh police station said a case had been registered on a complaint filed by the deceased’s grandfather, Sadhu Ali. The complainant said the car bore the registration number: Punjab 65 V 0013. The driver escaped from the spot.
