The bodies of two newborn girls were found at Sector 33 and Palsora Colony today. According to the police, one of the bodies was dumped in a gutter in Sector 56. The police recovered the mutilated body of the newborn girl from the gutter. Around 10.30 am, MC workers went to clear a blocked sewerage near the community centre.

As soon as they opened the lid of the sewerage, they saw the girl’s body in the water. They informed the police.

In Sector 33, an MCemployee spotted the body of a newborn girl in garbage around 11 am. He informed the police, who took the body into their possession. The police have registered a case. — TNS
