Boy dies in freak mishap

A five-year-old boy died after a towel got entangled around his neck while playing in Ambala City today. The deceased was identified as Dhruv Ahuja, a student of Class I.

Rajesh Ahuja, the boy’s father, said Dhurv and his daughter were playing in their house while they were away to their workplaces. “I received a call from my neighbour informing me about the incident. I reached home and found my son hanging with the towel. I rushed him to a hospital where he was declared dead,” he said.
