Chandigarh: CRB Public School, Sector 7, organised its annual sports meet. The four-day event saw various competitions and performances. Students took part in various races such as pairing up with your partner, hula hoop fun, write 1-10, relay race, balance the handi, balance the cone on the back race and skating events.

St Soldier School, Sec 28

Sakshi of Saint Soldier International School, Sector 28, brought laurels to the school by winning a silver medal in wushu in the 68th National School Games 2024-25 held in Jammu. Competing in the 40-kg weight category (U-17), Sakshi showcased outstanding skills and determination.

Kids ‘R’ Kids Sec School, Sec 42

Pre-Primary to Class I students of Kids ‘R’ Kids Secondary School, Sector 42, Chandigarh, visited the local police station as part of their educational field trip. During the visit, they saw police control room, jail and police vehicles. The students were also shown handcuffs, batons and helmets used by the police.

KV AFS High

Students of PM Shri KV, AFS High Grounds, Chandigarh, went on an exposure visit to three places. While senior students went to Puspa Gujral Science City, students of junior classes enjoyed a trip to Rose Garden, Chandigarh. Primary wing students explored the animal world at Chhatbir Zoo.

Solitaire International School, P’kula

Panchkula: The Kindergarten section of Solitaire International School, Sector 20, Panchkula, celebrated Green Day. Teachers discussed the importance of green colour in our lives, highlighting its association with nature, growth and harmony. Children were shown pictures of green objects found in nature such as leaves, grass and trees. They were also encouraged to bring green-coloured objects from home, which were displayed during the activity.

GP Public High School, Baltana

Zirakpur: Brahma Kumaris organised a drug-free campaign at GP Public High School, Baltana. It focused on creating awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and promoting a healthy and addiction-free lifestyle.
