The police have registered a case of trespass against Peter Masih, the caretaker of United Church of Northern India Trust Association, Mumbai, for grabbing around 160 canal land near the Christian High School in Kharar following a complaint by Ashok Kumar, the chairperson of welfare society. The police said Joseph could not produce the ownership document. Sources in EOW said it was a land dispute between two bodies of a religious-educational institution.
