A series of pictures shows various phases of the solar eclipse as seen in the sky from Chandigarh on Sunday. While India witnessed its deepest annular solar eclipse of this century for over three hours, the city had the maximum coverage of the sun (96.62 per cent). Chandigarh Met Director Surender Paul said the duration of the solar eclipse in the city was three hours, 25 minutes and three seconds. Tribune photos: Pradeep Tewari
