The Additional Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Government of India), Abhilaksh Likhi, visited the Regional Pesticides Testing Laboratory (RPTL) here for assessing the status of the laboratory which is engaged in quality control of chemical pesticides and bio-pesticides.

Vijay Kumar, officer in-charge, RPTL, Chandigarh, briefed the activities of the laboratory. “Regional Pesticides Testing Laboratory, Chandigarh, is playing an important role in ensuring quality pesticides available to farmers,” he said.
