appalling conditions

Notably, a couple of days earlier, Sehjeevi, a charitable trust working for animal welfare, highlighted the appalling conditions and mismanagement at the SPCA. Sehjeevi’s executive director Nikki Latta Gill also raised the issue of the recent shifting of animals from the SPCA to Raipur Kalan Animal Birth Control Centre, due to renovation at the former. She informed about the terrible conditions of animals, mainly dogs, in Raipur Kalan, too.
