Chandigarh civic body to hold consultation meeting for sweeping tenders
The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh has announced a pre-tender consultation meeting ahead of finalising the tender for GIS-based mechanised and manual sweeping of southern sectors of Chandigarh. This major sanitation initiative will cover Sectors 31 to 56, 61, and 63, excluding Behlana village.
Sharing details about the project, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Amit Kumar said that the objective of the meeting was to invite inputs and suggestions from all stakeholders, experts and interested parties to ensure that the tender document was comprehensive and inclusive before it was finalised.
The meeting will be organised on June 18 at the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh office situated in Sector 17-E, Chandigarh.
