Chandigarh declares holiday on May 30 on account of martyrdom day of Guru Arjan Dev

On account of martyrdom day of Guru Arjan Dev, the UT Administration has announced a public holiday in the city on May 30 (Friday) instead of the restricted holiday already announced. Now, a public holiday will be observed in all government offices, boards, corporations and institutions, including industrial establishments, under the Chandigarh Administration.
