The UT Administration today received 50,000 doses from the Central Government for vaccination of beneficiaries aged 45 or above.
“Anyone with Aadhaar card can walk in and get jabbed at our 50 government vaccination centres,” said UT Adviser, Manoj Parida.
He said the city’s positivity rate had come down to 10 per cent. “Thanks to the decisions of the Administrator in war room meetings and cooperation of residents, the positivity rate is down to 10 per cent,” said Parida.
“I salute the philanthropic spirit of local organisations. We got seven mini-Covid care centres quickly and patients received the best medical care,” he added.
