CHANDIGARH MC ELECTIONS: Congress support for AAP candidate

Chandigarh, December 15

Senior Congress leader Naveen Gupta has decided to support Aam Aadmi Party’s candidate Onkar Aulakh, contesting the MC elections from Ward No. 11.

At a press conference held at the Press Club today, Gupta said, “People had expectations from me and they wanted to see me as the ward councillor. Unfortunately, it couldn’t happen, so I have decided to support the AAP candidate. He also appealed to the people of the ward to vote for Aulakh.”

Senior leader and former Union Minister Harmohan Dhawan was also present.
