AAP’s Chandigarh affairs in-charge and MLA from Delhi Jarnail Singh and Delhi government’s Food and Supplies Minister Imran Hussain formally released the manifesto at a press conference here today. Jarnail Singh, while telling about the 23 “guarantees”, appealed to people to give a chance to the AAP.

The manifesto reiterated the freebies such as free smart parking, crèche, ambulance, e-rickshaws for senior citizens, Wi-Fi hotspot, 20,000 litres of drinking water, garbage collection and “chautha” event booking in community centres.

When asked about the rates of water above 20,000 litres, its election campaign committee chairman Chandermukhi Sharma said: “We have not decided yet. We will assess it later.” — TNS
