Adavya Bhutani, a student of Strawberry Fields High School, has topped the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) with an exceptional score of 41 out of 45. He also scored an ‘A grade in his ‘math extended essay’.
The top scorers of the IBDP also include Shireen Kang with 38 points and Tanay Singh with 37 Points. The overall school results have been encouraging with an average score of 32 points.
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is a rigorous academic study programme with a broad and balanced curriculum that focuses on the academic and non-academic knowledge, skills and abilities important for success in the transition from secondary to tertiary education.
Atul Khanna, Director of the school, said: “The IB programme has been very well accepted by our students. The rigour and study methodology that it follows makes learning more relevant and meaningful.”
