Spikers of the Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS), Sector 32, defeated GMSSS, Sector 33, in a match that lasted for over an hour during the inter-school volleyball tournaments for girls U-19 age group. The Sector 32 team posted a 24-25 25-22 25-21 25-22 win over the rivals to march into the final.

In the second semifinal, New Public School, Sector 18, posted a 25-07 25-05 25-07 victory over GMSSS, Sector 23.

In the boys semis, Guru Nanak Public School, Sector 36, defeated GMSSS, Sector 46, with a 25-13 25-13 25-22 score, and DAV Senior Secondary School, Sector 8, posted a 25-23 5-20 25-23 win over GMSSSS, Sector 26.

Meanwhile, the boys U-17 fencing team of GMSSS, Sector 10, won the overall trophy with 48 points, followed by MDAV School, Sector 22 (11 points) and Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School, Sector 40 (7 points).

In the foil individual event, Samarveer Singh claimed the first position by defeating Aditya, while Hardik Katoch and Hridey Katoch shared the third position. Chandan won the epee event, followed by Sanjeev at second position, while Chirag and Gaurav shared the third position.

In the sabre event, Harshil defeated Deepak for the gold medal, while Medhansh and Hardik claimed the joint third position.

In the boys U-19 table tennis event, GMSSS, Sector 56, defeated Chitkara International School, Sector 25, by logging a 3-0 win. DC Montessori, Mani Majra, and DAV Senior Secondary School, Sector 8, also registered an identical wins.

In the girls U-19 event, Bhavan Vidyalaya, Sector 27, posted a 3-1 win over GMSSS, Sector 56, and Ashiana Public School, Sector 46, defeated Manav Mangal School, Sector 21, by an identical score. Carmel Convent School, Sector 9, won their girls’ U-17 baseball match by logging an 8-7 win over GMSSS, Sector 16. GMSSS, Sector 8, defeated Sacred Heart School, Sector 26, by a 06-01 margin, and St Anne’s School, Sector 32, posted a 07-04 win over GMSSS, Sector 15.
