Chandigarh: Sirens go off at 7 pm to remind people curfew is over; create panic

Residents of Chandigarh went into a tizzy as sirens went off in the city at 7 pm to remind the people that curfew relaxation is over and it was time to go back home.

Unaware of reason behind the sirens, people were seen enquiring about what the sirens were for.

Adviser Manoj Parida tweeted at 6.24 pm that sirens will go off at 7.
