The Municipal Commissioner-cum-CEO-Chandigarh Smart City Ltd, KK Yadav, today inaugurated an integrated call centre for all municipal services and launched new complaint number 0172-2787200.

“This call centre will cater to services like grievance management, online building permissions and others,” said Yadav. “The request to the call centre will be allocated to field officer in real time and the complainant will receive an SMS on his/her registered mobile number with unique ID of the complaint. The ID can be further be used for tracking complaint,” Yadav added.

“Residents can also reopen their complaints in case service given to them is not complete. Also, in case complaint is not attended by field officers, it will be automatically go to higher officials,” said Yadav.

All previous complaint numbers, including 155304, have been closed. — TNS
