Local wrestler Neetu claimed bronze medal in the 57kg category at the ongoing National Games in Uttrakhand. Meanwhile, the local judo team won third overall position by winning one gold, one bronze, one fifth position and one seventh position in the tournament.

Chandigarh contingent is holding on to the 21st position with a total 19 medals, including four gold medals, six silver and nine bronze.
