Civil engineers society celebrates seventh Foundation Day at PEC

The International Student Chapter of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) at Punjab Engineering College (PEC) celebrated its seventh Foundation Day zeal.

Established in 2014, the main mandate of student chapter at PEC is to create awareness about innovations/advancements in civil engineering while studying. The event was attended by over 100 students.

The chief guest of the event was Paritosh Gautam, IES, Indian Railways, who appreciated activities of students. He also released newsletter and announced names of four students Annan, Kartikay, Japsimar, and Ayushi of second year, who were awarded for support and dedication to working of society even during the pandemic.

In the concluding session, Rahul Madaan, secretary and joint secretary, presented a vote of thanks.. — TNS
