Conclave to dwell on emerging trends in realty sector
Punjab Minister Mundian to be chief guest at event today
Punjab Housing and Urban Development, Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster Management, Water Supply and Sanitation Minister Hardeep Singh Mundian will be the chief guest at The Tribune Real Estate Conclave 2025, which will be organised at Hotel Hyatt Regency tomorrow.
The conclave will facilitate a meaningful dialogue between developers, regulators and investors, fostering an ecosystem of growth, transparency and collaboration. It aims for policy clarity through direct interactions with government and RERA authorities, while strengthening investor confidence by highlighting compliance and best practices.
The conclave will serve as a platform for developers and industry stakeholders to exchange insights on emerging trends, challenges and opportunities shaping Tricity’s real estate landscape. At its core, the event aims to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and networking, positioning The Tribune as a convener of thought leadership in the real state domain.

Two 45-minute sessions of panel discussion will be held during the conclave.
