Dancing to good health

Chandigarh: Children, youth and middle-aged people organised a mega dance and fitness marathon, ‘Fit India’, at the community hall of Panjab University here on Sunday. Damp events organised the activity, along with 4ever Dance & Fitness Studio. Dipesh Sekhri, Director of Damp Events, said: “We organised the event as our contribution to PM’s Fit India movement. A unique blend of dance and fitness was the theme of the marathon. We will be organising ‘Fit India’ dance and fitness marathon every year.” TNS

Verka booth at PU soon

A Verka booth and multi-purpose playground near Boys’ Hostel No. 8 have been the long-pending demand of various student representatives.
