Cooker explodes at midday meal centre, woman hurt

A cooker exploded at the midday meal centre in Government Model High School, Sector 12, here.

An employee suffered injuries in the incident. She was taken to the Government Multi-Specialty Hospital, Sector 16, and discharged after treatment. The Education Department has marked an inquiry into the incident.
