‘Coolex’ exhibition begins

Open to public till May 5, from 10 am to 8 pm daily

The 25th edition of CII Coolex 2025, North India's leading exhibition on air conditioning, refrigeration and smart home appliances, was inaugurated today at Kisan Bhawan, here. The four-day exhibition, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), will be open to the public till May 5, from 10 am to 8 pm daily.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Amit Kumar, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh.

Speaking on the occasion, he said, "CII Coolex has consistently brought together innovation, sustainability, and industry expertise in the cooling sector. As we mark the 25th year of the prestigious event, I applaud CII's efforts in promoting smart and eco-friendly technologies that directly contribute to the city's sustainable development goals."

Sharing his thoughts on the occasion, Taranjeet Bhamra, Chairman, CII Chandigarh, said: "It's inspiring to see how Coolex has evolved into a trusted and dynamic platform for both consumers and businesses. By showcasing smart, future-ready technologies and facilitating real-time engagement between customers and brands, Coolex continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the region's consumer appliance landscape."

This year's edition features a stellar lineup of brands, including Sharp, Voltas, Croma, LG, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Crompton, Hitachi, Eureka Forbes, Singer, Godrej and Kenstar among others. Visitors will have access to a wide variety of the latest air-conditioning units, smart appliances and next-generation cooling technologies designed for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
