AS Gujral, counsel of the accused, argued before the court that the juvenile was falsely implicated in the case and that he had no role in the crime. After hearing of the arguments, the court acquitted the accused.

A case was registered on the complaint of a Class 12 girl. She told the police that that on October 15, 2022, the accused raped her in a car after a party.
