A case under Section 51-B of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, was registered at the Sector 36 police station against Sanjeev Kumar of Sector 40-D for violating the order of the UT Administration by selling crackers at his shop, Garg General Store, in Attawa village on October 15. He was arrested and later released on bail.
