Cyber security in focus at TRAI event
Telephone Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), New Delhi, in collaboration with the Patiala Consumers & Telephone Subscribers Forum organised a Consumer Awareness Programme (CAP) for the students of District Institute of Education &Training (DIET) Fatehgarh Sahib.
District social security officer D S Tiwana was the chief guest, while Patiala Consumers & Telephone Subscribers Forum president Col BS Chahal and BSNL AGM Rajesh Kumar were the guests of honour.
Sudhir Malik, Inspector, Baljeet Kaur, SHO and Manik Setia, AFO of Cyber Crime, were the key speakers. They highlighted the new techniques being used by cyber criminals to extort money.
