The Delhi Golf Club (DGC) emerged the winner while Chandigarh Golf Club (CGC) stood second on the concluding day of the 7th Neelu Chopra Inter-Club Tournament. The tournament was conducted at the CGC in the memory of Neelu Chopra, a former golfer and Lady Captain of the CGC.

The team of Aashana Monga (32), Ritu Lumba (32), Monica Tandon (29) and Poonam Beesla (26) won the top position with a score of 97 (stableford scoring system). The host team of Manpreet Sandhu (35), Hema Bedi (31), Jyoti Gosal (30) and Aneet Gill (25) claimed the second position with a score of 96. The team was tied with the Panchkula Golf Club team, but claimed the second position on better back-9.

In the individual (3/4th handicap category), Neelam Garg claimed the top position with a score of 29 followed by Inder Gill (22). He was tied with Kuljit Suri. Shalini Sheoran won the Nearest to the Pin event, while Biren Nagi won the longest drive.

A total of 10 teams from the tricity as well as Delhi and Noida participated in the event. CGC president Ravibir Singh awarded the winners.
