Dengue larvae detected in Aero City

Mohali: The Health Department detected dengue larvae at a dozen of construction sites in Aero City on Friday. Dr Manjit Singh, Civil Surgeon, Mohali, said dengue larvae was found at more than a dozen sites in Aero City. He said they issued a warning to property owners where larvae was detected in overhead water tanks, ground water storage tanks and in plants.

Residents alleged that the department has not done fogging in the area.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
