Digi Seva starts at PGIMER
he Director, PGIMER, Vivek Lal, launched Digi Seva PGI, an online registration and doctor priority system aimed at transforming patient care. This digital initiative not only simplifies hospital registration, but also introduces priority-based doctor consultations, a feature that was previously unavailable. By ensuring that patients with urgent medical needs or prior appointments are seen first, Digi Seva significantly reduces waiting time and improves healthcare efficiency.
It was initially launched on pilot basis for the liver clinic run by the Department of Hepatology on January 10.
