Chandigarh, March 22

City residents can now download ‘I’m Chandigarh’ mobile application for filing online grievances and availing of other government services.

“The ‘Citizen Service Platform’ for Chandigarh is now live! You can now easily register your complaints/grievances, track their status and access other services. Download ‘I’m Chandigarh’ app,” tweeted Chandigarh Smart City Limited today.

Vinod Vashisht, convener of the City Forum of Residents’ Welfare Organisations, said: “The facility was already on their website and a common complaint number is also there. However, now residents will be able to operate it through the mobile application.”

Various services related to horticulture, online permissions, property tax, bookings, e-challan, licence and lease will be available on the app.
