Amit Solanki from Wonder Automation delivered lecture on the applications of Internet of Things (IoT).

The session was organised by the Department of Electronics and Communication and Electrical Engineering of Rayat Bahra University.

Solanki said the IoT is predicted to bring about another Industrial Revolution. He discussed how students could convert their IoT product idea into a working prototype.

Dr Mandeep Sandhu, HoD of Electronics and Communication and Electrical Engineering, extended a warm welcome to the expert.

The lecture proved beneficial for students and helped them in improving their understanding.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
