Chandigarh, January 19

As a thick blanket of fog continued to prevail over the region, the rail traffic remained affected on Friday morning, too, with a few trains arriving late at the station here.

The Kalka-New Delhi Shatabdi left the station late by 10 minutes and reached the New Delhi railway station late by 51 minutes.

The Chandigarh-New Delhi Shatabdi, which leaves at 12.05 pm, was rescheduled to leave at 2.05 pm.

However, the New Delhi-Kalka Shatabdi reached Chandigarh almost on time.

The Dehradun-Amritsar Express reached Chandigarh at 4.15 am, late by 1.43 hours.

The Jan Shatabdi Express reached Chandigarh at 8.15 am, late by 42 minutes.

The Paschim Express (Amritsar-Mumbai Central) departed from Amritsar, late by 2.30 hours and is currently running behind schedule by more than 3.30 hours.

The Netaji Express reached at the station at 6.11 am, late by 4.36 hours.
