Punjab Governor and UT Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria conferred degrees upon 15 students of the total 128 who passed out in 2023 and 2024, during a convocation ceremony of Footwear Design and Development Institute at Banur. The remaining degrees were awarded by the institute executive director Pragya Singh and secretary Col Pankaj Sinha.

Akanksha Gupta and Rishita Ladiwal (2023 batch) and Divpriya and Stuti Pant (2024 batch) bagged gold medals while Ekjot Kaur (2023 batch), Shrishti Mittal (2023 batch) and Ozal Garg were awarded silver medals for academic excellence.
