The UT police have arrested four youths for committing affray in Sector 49. The suspects have been identified as Sahil, a resident of Sector 49, and Sunny, Ankit and Gagandeep, all residents of the Sector 25 colony. Constable Pritpal said they asked the suspects to stop quarrelling. As the PCR vehicle reached the spot, the suspects pelted stones on each other and a stone hit the windshield, he said. — TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
