A gardener identified as Onkar, who was working at Gillco Valley, died after he took wrong medicine by mistake. The deceased was resident of Kharar. The city police have initiated proceedings under Section 174 of the CrPC. The police handed over the body of the deceased to his family on Wednesday.

As per statement recorded by the wife of the deceased, he took some old medicine lying at the house.
