The local pair of Gaurish Madaan and Ayaan Chandel won the boys’ U-16 doubles title by recording a comeback win over Mahijith Kaura and Sangram Bhadury on the penultimate day of the CLTA-AITA Championship Series (CS7) Tennis Tournament. The title-winning pair lost the first set 2-6, only to return with a 6-4 10-7 winning verdict.

In the boys’ U-12 doubles final, the top seed team of Atharv Abhiraj and Nikunj Arora registered an identical hard-fought win over Siddharth Malik and Manav Partap Gill 6-2 3-6 10-5 before bagging the title.

Sangram Bhadury of Madhya Pradesh won the boys’ U-16 title by defeating local contender Ayaan Chandel 6-1 6-4. Nikunj Arora of Chandigarh won the boys’ U-12 final by registering a 6-1 6-3 win over Manav Pratap Gill. Punjab’s Priyanshi Katial defeated Japleen Kaur 6-1 6-2 to win the girls’ U-16 title, and in the girls’U-12 final, Tanya Bhatnagar outclassed Divnoor Kaur 6-2 6-2.
