GB Realty has announced the launch of ‘Opus One’, an ultra-luxury residential project in Ecocity II, New Chandigarh. The project is the region’s first RERA-approved and Iconic Certified residential complex.

According to Gurinder Bhatti, Founder and Chairman of GB Realty, Opus One comprises 11 towers of up to 32 floors with 688 residential units. The development, spread over a large area, will have 79% open green space and has received Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Platinum Certification.

Designed by Tripat Girdhar of Arete Design Studio, each tower will have a dual-core layout with two apartments per floor. Landscape design is being handled by PLA, Thailand, while interiors are by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), Singapore, and lighting by Australian Lighting Design Partnership (ALDP). The project will feature a 60,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with facilities including an all-weather swimming pool, piano bar, sports bar, fine dining restaurant, banquet hall, supermarket, and business centre.
