GMADA camp to clear backlog from tomorrow

Greater Mohali Area Development Authority will organise a two-day camp on November 1 and 2 from 10 am to 3 pm at PUDA Bhawan to clear the backlog of cases pertaining to general public and promoters, developers, etc.

In a meeting to review the preparations of the camp with officials of the branches concerned, Chief Administrator Sakshi Sawhney directed them to make a detailed list of applications pending with their respective offices along with reasons for pendency so that the issues requiring intra-departmental coordination could be resolved at the earliest.

GMADA offers a wide range of services to public, developers and promoters such as approval of building plan, layout plan, issuance of occupation certificate, demarcation of plots, registration of estate agents and promoters, etc. For the convenience of public and stakeholders, most of the services are delivered online.
