In one of the complaints, Sona Devi, a resident of Samlehdhi, said that despite the mutation of her land being recorded, the Jamabandi (land record) had not been updated.

The Tehsildar of Raipur Rani was later instructed to investigate the matter and submit a report.

In Panchkula, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) office hears public grievances every Monday and Thursday, on working days, from 10 am to 12 noon.
