At Gurdwara Nada Sahib, Ghosh described it as a matter of "great honour and privilege" to have darshan of the sacred shrine, deeply revered for its association with Guru Gobind Singh. He lauded the courage and supreme sacrifices of the Sikh community in safeguarding the nation and commended the Gurdwara management for its welfare initiatives. The Governor announced financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh for the needy, assuring the committee of every possible support.

Later in the day, Ghosh visited the Mother Teresa Saket Orthopaedic Hospital in Panchkula, where he interacted with doctors, nurses and staff to gain a first-hand understanding of the hospital’s services in orthopaedics, rehabilitation and trauma management. He expressed appreciation for the high standards of patient care and reviewed the availability of medical equipment, infrastructure and specialist facilities.

Underscoring the importance of accessible healthcare, the Governor urged the hospital management to expand outreach programmes so that advanced orthopaedic services could reach underprivileged sections of society. “Hospitals must not only serve patients within their walls but also extend the gift of care to those who are unable to reach them,” he noted.
